Can I skip a shipment?
Yes, you may put your subscription on hold at any time and reactivate it later. Follow these steps to pause you subscription:
- Go to your account.
- Click on My Subscription.
- Click Suspend to pause the subscription.
Your subscription will remain paused until you return to your account to unpause it. Keep in mind that your subscription needs to be active and unpaused before 12:00 AM Central on the 26th of the month to receive the next box.
